Women's Seminar-Skiing and Snowboarding

This special program is designed for women and conducted by women. Our women's seminar focuses on much more than just the secrets to better skiing and riding. This seminar is an instant bonding experience on the slopes!

Discover the physiological, psychological, and equipment-related secrets that will allow you to realize your full potential as a skier and a snowboarder. Explore the slopes with women instructors who know how to provide a supportive and relaxed learning experience. This comprehensive 2-day program is geared for the intermediate and advanced skiers and riders ages 18 and over.

You will need your own equipment or you can rent equipment at the mountain. The Women's Seminar includes a 2-day snow pass,continental breakfast and lunch will be included both days as well as a wine and cheese get together Saturday at 4:00pm. registration each day at 7:30am. The seminar begins at 8:00am and ends at 4:00pm each day.

Date: January 26 & 27, 2013 Fee: $185 ($155 for season pass holders)

Ladies Tuesday Clinics

Tuesday's Ladies Club clinics are held every Tuesday, 10am at Jack Frost Mountain. This clinic is FREE with a valid snow pass. Instructors will provide tips and tricks that the pros use.

Wednesday's Senior clinics are held every Wednesday 10am at Jack Frost Mountain. This clinic is FREE with a valid snow pass. Instructors will provide tips and tricks that the pros use.

Ski for the Cure

February 23, 2013 at Jack Frost Mountain is "Ski For The Cure" Day. JFBB supports Breast Cancer Awareness and the Susan G. Komen For the Cure. Jack Frost will make a donation to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Northeastern PA Affiliate.
